Who is a master franchisee?
A master franchisee is an entrepreneur who, being perfectly aware of the socio economic field where he already works and aiming at enlarging his business opportunities, decides to sign a master franchising contract. By doing so the mother company (franchisor) gives him the right to develop the franchising project in his country or in a defined geographical area. The franchisee is thus allowed to use the trade mark, the operational system and the whole know-how within the defined area.

What can Solo Affitti offer?
Solo Affitti offers to the master franchisee a complete training program and all the necessary operational tools to allows him to create, in the defined area, a franchising system within the same characteristics of the one existing in Italy. On the other hand, the master franchisee commits to use the trade mark and the given know-how to build up a sub-franchisee network that, with the same modalities of the international franchising network, will operate in more specific and/or limited geographical areas (regions, towns or part of the towns). The master franchisee gets entry fees and royalties from the sub-franchisees and acts like tutor and reference point form them.
